Kickoff to State Assessment Testing

Today, February 29, 2008, the Axtell student body which included grades 7-12 as well as staff, gathered in the commons area to enjoy a breakfast to kickoff the start of state assessment testing.
State assessment testing will begin Monday, March 3,2008.
We would all like to thank Laverne Strathman for preparing the delicious meal we all enjoyed that included a breakfast casserole (with or without meat), muffin, coffee cake and juice.
Parents!!! If you can, please stress to your children that these tests are very important and that it is crucial to do the best that they can. Also, remind them that the best way to test well is to get plenty of sleep.
