Summer Weights

Summer weights will start on Monday, June 2. Students will be able to lift weights from 6:30 – 9:00 a.m. During the summer, weights will be offered four times a week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Student-athletes are encouraged to attend three of the four sessions. This will be for students in grades 7 – 12.
